CB350 taillight... so ugly.

I've looked around and I seem to like the rear fender/taillight assembly off a cb77. Will that fit my 72 cb350? If not, what are some of my options?

The early oval style light is much smaller and looks much better.

dumb question of the day: does that light (and any other 2 wire lights) ground themselves? If I were to run it on a later CB with 3 wires (run, brake, ground) would it work?
