CB350 vibes

I ride a 1971 CB350K3 daily to and from work when winter is not here. The vibration in the feet and fingers is a little tough on the long rides. Seems worse at 30 to 40 MPH. Feels good at 55 to 60.
Any body know any tricks to relieve the vibes? People have ridden these bikes many miles, I don't believe the all vibrated like this. I know it is a classic, but I bought it to use.

If it's in a certain RPM band, you could try changing sprocket sizes but ot will just move it somewhere else. Try putting some weights in the ends of the handlebars? Or get some real cushiony grips and pegs too.

+1 on the bar weights. Basically you are changing the resonate frequency of the bar system so they shouldn't vibrate at that rpm/speed. I would also make sure your wheels are balanced correctly and your carbs are properly synchronized. All these things should minimize your problem.

Make sure the engine is tuned up, carbs sync'd and that there is no big difference in the compression numbers between the two cylinders. Not saying this will totally eliminate it but it will definitely help.

like drj said- they all vibrate like that.

i say go through the bike and replace all worn out rubbers, get shorter bars, check out anything that could be a part of it. you can get them pretty smooth, but it will always vibrate a bit. If you really want to get into it, a blueprint and balance of the engine will make a noticeable difference.
