Cb350 Wacky Performance Issues

Ok so here is the deal, my cb350 was running aweful so I did a bit of a tune up and it was running totally awesome for about a week. What I did was this... i got new plugs, new orings for my jets, new petcock, checked the valve clearance, checked the points clearance, charged the battery, and reset the cam chain tension.

The Kicker: i was a little off when i set the cam chain so there was some noise, however I did a test run and it performed awesome, best i had ever felt. However after i had my fun and came home and let the bike cool I tensioned the chain correctly (engine is nice and quiet) and while the bike runs and idles ok it its down like 30% on power.

More over the left cylinder is much... much louder and the right one runs but its defidently not nearly as responsive as the left.

Any Ideas? Over the weekend im planning on checking the valve clearances again on the right side (guessing the left side is a little too much and the right a bit too tight). But im open to suggestions.

Thanks,

Louis

It's only a guess but maybe somehow you skipped a tooth when you readjusted the camchain thereby throwing off valve timing?

Possible, though i feel like if i did that there would be worse consequences, however Its something I will keep in mind. I am also thinking that ignition timing could be an issue. Il be looking into both things tomorrow (spent the nice weekend rock climbing so didnt have time :P)
