Been Around the Block
So... Relatively new around these parts and tackling my forts front end swap. Would love to keep my factory cb360 spoke wheel after swapping to TL1000 forks and a 25mm axle, but I can't seem to find much info on the subject. Is there a wheel out there that already matches dimensions but accepts the larger axle? Maybe a bearing swap? Help me out here. I obviously won't even know what to search for.

You need to get the machined hub from cognitomoto... Tls, gsxrs, busas...most suzuki newer sportsbikes run the 25mm axle

Thats the most expensive but also easiest way ive found.

The other way is to find a harley d rim/hub and try to get a bearing with the dims you need. The part that makes this a lil diffucult is harley ran, from what I understand a 1" bearing for a while and later changed to a 25mm.

And the other way i found was: there is a list floating around the Web that has a list of bikes with the axle sizes so you might be able to find a rim from another bike that is a drop-in

Hope that gets you on the right path 8)

Look up "bike bible" or just "bible" as a thread title somewhere in this forum, that's the list mrlvlagic is referring to. As he said, it lists bikes by axle size, among other things
