CB360 Motor and Carbs

I have a 1974 CB360 motor and carbs for sale in SE MI. I got the bike from the original owner (family friend) and it has sat parked untouched for the last 20 years with 6000 original miles. the motor turns over and has good compression. two chipped fins I straitened out with a grinder. motor has also had all recall work performed. everything is functional in the carbs as well. looking for $300 for motor and carbs.

Where were the fins chipped? If not on the head, I may be interested in it if you decide to part it. Im not sure if you have any other parts available but Im looking for a set of exhaust pipe joint collars as well. Thanks
