CB360 Rebuild. No Spark on Left Side

Hey guys,

So I just finished putting my cb360 back together and am not getting any spark on the left side. Right side is good. I rewired the whole thing and there are new coils, new plug wires, new caps, new plugs, and everything is grounded. The left side coil is heating up, so it's getting power. The points are in good condition.

My thought: the points are shorted, so the coil is not discharging. But wiring is my nemesis and I can't think of where/how the points would short.

Any thoughts?

try running it w the points cover off. if that dont help check the connector it may be grounding out on the plate.
