CB360 Something Fell Off - What is it?

Ok, so this evening I pulled the rear wheel, removed clutch cover and loosed engine bolts ready to pull the motor. When I looked on the floor I found this (see pic below)

Any ideas where is could have come from? I found it underneath the engine here...

So it either dropped straight down or it rolled to where I found it. Could it be a bush from the left side foot peg rod here?

Just had a look at the frame schematic on CMSNL could it be part number 3 - Collar Eng Side?

probably yes, either that or a spacer from the rear wheel.

you'll notice what's missing when you're putting it back together

Yes that is the spacer and there is no need to remove that bolt when you pull that cover.
