CB360 Used cylinder help ?

some how the previous owner of my 360 managed to crack the front of the original cylinders, right where the middle head stud goes. she's leaking oil, and needs to be replaced.

My question: Is the part on ebay worth buying?

Or, do you have a 360 cylinder jug you want to sell me?


Any help would be appreciated.

Lets see some pictures of the crack, you might be able to clean it up really well and JB weld it shut.

Seeing as how the engine needs all new gaskets, I don't see why I wouldn't just replace the cylinders when I tear it down.

Plus, after seeing how much crap is on the outside, I wonder how much got in?

Basically I saw some used cylinders on ebay, and wondered how scuffed up people thought they were.

That eBay cylinder looks pretty good, I've bought a few and most needed boring because of rust
It looks like yours has broken guide and been welded at some time?
You can always swap out liners, just need to heat up blocks
