CB400F project

No Purple Hearts, No Blue Ribbons
So,

I just wanted to throw this up here to gauge interest in my CB400F project. It is missing some bits, but most of what you need is there. And the best part, a Clean and Clear Maryland Title.

I would like to pass the entire project onto someone who will finish this thing in style. I would rather not part it out.

Here are some bad photos...

Crazy painted tank. Nice and Straight tank. Clean inside.

The entire wiring harness is there. It has a CB360 swingarm (the only difference between the CB360 and CB400F swingarm is the passenger pegs of a 400F mount to the swingarm).

I have a list of things that are missing.

I am in Frederick, MD. I am open to decent offers. I would also be interested in a trade for a late eighties twin headlight Sport bike.

Let me know,

Justin

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Geography sucks. That's one of my bucket list bikes. Wish you were in the NW. Shipping would probably take the "good deal" right out of that thing. Not only because of the physical hassle but because of the cost.

love the tank if i was closer id buy the bike also, shipping cost are crazy. if u want to sell the tank let me know

Reviving this thread.

I am willing to part this thing out. Or, I will sell the entire thing (minus the aluminum wheels, I do have some stock cb400f wheels that will be included). The project will now include a set of stock handlebars with working switches as well as a stock CB400F front end. I am thinking about $700 for the entire project, or if you want individual parts, let me know.

I also have the stock CB400F headlight and bucket. Headlight works great. Bucket is in good condition. Some cracks around the tab that always breaks off, but it is still in one piece. Good condition, some scratches.

$50?
