cb450 bore size?

Manual says 70mm. I see the Wiseco piston kits 70.50mm listed as standard bore and 71mm as overbore. So school me on this.

wiseco has been wrong before.. until earlier this week,they had the cb350 listed as 65mm std in their online catalog until i gave them a heads up,they now have it correct at 64 for the 350

This is messing me up a bit here - I'm about to take the plunge and buy some Wiseco standard bore pistons - So if I buy the Wiseco version of the standard bore pistons I need to rebore by 0.5mm?

Std. CB450 pistons are 69.95 to 69.97 mm and bore size is 70.0 to 70.01 mm. Oversized pistons were available from 70.22 to 70.97 mm. I bought my oversized pistons from Charlie's Place and had a reputable machine shop over bore my cylinders according to the piston spec sheet provided with the piston.

Great - thanks... I ordered from Wiseco direct - they have it as you said .
It was Dime City Cycles screwing with my head, they had 70.50 as standard- I sent a message to them to correct them also...
