CB450 cafe with CB650 fork what spring rate?

I'm looking to upgrade the spring set in my cb650 fork...
Stock rate is supposed to be .52kg which sound really too soft...
Stock cb450 is .71kg but the cb650 is air assisted.

Should I buy progressive?

Its a cafe racer so its not 400 pounds anymore more near 350 or something.

What rate should I buy? .80kg?

Yer best bet in my opinion would be to call progressive and tell them whatcha got and they can tell you what yer going to need.
