Hello - So my clutch cable snapped, I have a replacement cable in my bag. Swapped it out, bike will not engage any gears. Please HALP =( Phone battery also dieing...
This is annoying to do. But with the bike off and indicator lights on, reach down to the trans housing and pull up on the lever by hand. You can then at the same time adjust your gear with your left foot to neutral. If the bike goes into neutral this way, you applied the new cable wrong and you need to adjust it. If it's unable to adjust change gears, your trans is f$&@ed. If you can get it to first, drive home like that REAL SLOW on the side of road until u can adjust it properly. I had to do this once, it sucks and is totally unsafe btw.
