CB550 Head Bolts Question

Ok, so in all my wisdom and expertise, when I was removing the head off my 1976 Honda CB550 engine, instead of putting the bolts back in the holes where they belong, I decide to just throw them all in a container, just for a bit more of a challenge when it came to putting it back together...

Well, now I'm putting it back together, and it turns out that my method was the worst idea possibly ever!!!

I am downloading microfisches, looking at pictures of engines, but im still not 100% certain on which bolts go where, espescially because other bolts made their way into the container. hmmmm.

Does anyone have any insight as to which bolts go where.

This post is specifically about the rocker cover.

I have the 6 bolts that secure the cover on top of the rocker cover, I have the 4 nuts that go in the center (not sure if washers go under the nuts), but that's all im sure of at this point.

Sooooo, any help would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone needs help working on an engine, my rates are low :)

Ok, so I think I just found the answer to my problem, if anyone else is ever in the same spot as me, heres the fische that im using:

Hope it helps :)

Yeah when in doubt, consult parts fiches and exploded diagrams of things. Always helps me.

HEH, that was for fun so I can make some of my friends that are scared of heights sick. I work on wireless communications for a living, used to climb a lot of towers but I have since moved up the ranks and don't have to as much anymore. Still have to show the new kids the ropes though once in a while. ;D

Ah I see, I recently moved out of BASE jumping, over here in Michigan all there really are are towers. I thought there mayhave been a fellow jumper on here :) Nice pic either way
