When your swingarm is bolted up, there isn't any play at all?

No none at all.
After I installed the new end caps (Dust Covers) it was actually pretty tight fit.

They didn't, ended up sending out to hondaman for a rebuild.

I just had crazypj machine the flanges on my new bushings. He informed me that the bushings need to be tight in the swingarm but the inner spacer needs to be able to slide in and out. My bushings are loose in the swingarm so I'm going to have to JBweld them in there.

Don't think I'd chance jb weld on any part of a bike

It's just to keep them from spinning. Crazypj knows his stuff. I'm going with it.
