CB750K5 Help

Hey brethren,

A few weeks back (two to be exact) I picked up a 75 & 77 CB750K's. I am currently working on the 75 as the suspension needs less work and was more suited towards the cafe style we're all here for. Anywho I just got done splitting the cases just a few moments ago, I'm curious where everyone gets there parts for these sweet old machines? In particular I was hoping to find new crank bearings considering A, I broke factory seal and B, the bike has 31K miles. I know how long some bikes go however these machines sat for three years or so outside. Luckily they're in near mint condition!

I'd also like to ask how many would hop up a stock motor? My goal was to be on the road or at least drive-able by next summer.......hopefully. Money and time are semi tight being a single father of two. If you would run aftermarket what would you use? I understand ride your own mileage however I'm open for suggestions! This bike has stock everything, pistons, rings and all. I'd like this bike to ride, run and look good all at the same time with the last one there is give and take.

Just looking for advice, whatever you have I'll take it! I'm working on getting photos up as I'm well aware of how forums work and there photo porn!

Thanks in advance.

Also just wanted to say thank you to Sonreir (sp my bad dude) for a great write up in the engine section talking about "road legal race bikes" and the differences today of being "cool" with stock bikes. Don't get me wrong I'm not trashing stock by any means, I just figured since I split the motor in order to paint it I'd add some nice new gifts inside as his write up really hit home and made me take the leap. So again thank you for opening my wallet and my confidence because I have no freaking clue what I'm doing....for the most part.
