cb900f Jetting?

My room mate just scored a sweet deal on a 81 cb900f, hasn't run in a long time but it's got good compression, oil even looked decent, overall really good shape hoping to get it running in a day or two. But on to my question...... we want to run pod filters on it and were just curious about what jets we gotta throw in, might want to run a 4-1 header down the line as well. Any input?

Pics coming soon and will fire up a build thread in the near future.

order a few jets in small increment sizes up, and just see which one is the winner.

As previously posted by revheadgl, fit pods and you can't get it right by changing mainjets (primary or secondary ::))

LEDAR worked well and had real good instructions, Dynojet, not so good
Drilling and tapping carb bodies to fit air correctors, new slide springs, drilling slides, etc
Kit hasn't been made for at least 30yrs though so good luck finding one

Kaz Yoshima managed to get one to work, but his real solution was to bin the carbs and fit a set 33mm Mikuni smoothbores and a 1062cc kit and cam .....

It's not that they can't be set up without the airbox, but they are notoriously tricky to get right.
