CL175 Time-sert Kits

Can anyone confirm that this is the correct Time-sert kit I need for a '71 CL175? I have 12mm x 1.5 (pitch) for the thread dimensions. Is the 9.2mm insert long enough?

Also- I've heard mixed things about the Helicoils. Are they really that unreliable?

It's late and its raining so you'll have to wait till tomorrow for a verified answer... But I thought its a M12 x 1.25 pitch

For a 175 you will need a 9.5mm insert. I called Timesert and they had the 12mm listed for the 175 and a 200. However I ordered two of each type, and ended up using the 9.5mm insert on the 175.

Great product by the way, no chance of it falling into the combustion chamber due to the upper flange.
