CL450 where do i put this?

Humm.. So my engine parts are about 100% in Ziploc bags, but then there is this guy. There is just one and I don't know where it goes It is not the rollers from the main crank bearing, it is bigger then them.... Help? Thanks!

I think it's part of the starter drive clutch. Yes, there should be 3 of them. They act like a toothless ratchet.

Both correct it's the starter clutch pawl and it lives in that odd shaped steel ring behind the alternator.
