I have a set of 46mm clip ons for sale. But i can make a sleeve to fit anything 44mm and below. i did this on my bike. i have 37mm forks and the clip ons were 42mm. I made a 5mm sleeve out of aluminum and they work perfect.
I am selling these and the sleeves made to whatever size you need for 45.00 plus shipping.
