Correct washer help

I'm installing a gsxr front end on my cl350 using all balls stem bearings. There were two washers included per bearing and no tech instructions as to their location. I haven't been able to find any info yet in which thickness of washer to use and where. Has anyone done this already and do you know which set of washers to use?
