Do 'Modern' GSXR Forks Need A Fork Brace?

I don't see any custom bikes with a fork brace when they convert to a GSXR front, do they delete them for aesthetics or are they not necessary?

Really not necessary on USD forks on our old bikes.
If you're pushing hard enough to move the huge forks around in the huge triples, the rest of your bike is going to implode :D
Thats my understanding anyway.

USD forks don't have fork braces to start with - so there's no deleting of them as such.

Sometimes the WSBK guys even run without front mudgaurds to help aid cooling, so as far as handling goes USD forks are plenty stiff enough just as they are.
