Been lurking on this site awhile now and had to register.Great info on here,would like to be a part of it.
My name is Dave.Im working on a 1982 Honda 900F that I'd like to do a café build on.

Heres the thing that makes it stand out though.The motor that came with the bike is a stuffed up 750.To make it a 900 I went and got a 900 crank with con rods,bored the 750 sleeves to take 900 pistons.The catch was how to rise the 750 cylinder block for the longer 900 stroke.I'll be posting pics of that tomorrow.

Yeah Im part of that forum.Great place.
I haven't seen someone do this mod though and I couldn't find a topic on it.Wish I could so that I could see if Im going in the right direction.

Send a PM to "sonicrete" on the cb1100 site, hes done every combination of 750, 900 & 1100 combinations, he'll let you know if it will work well or not. He has definitely used a 900 crank in 750 cases, not sure what barrels and pistons he used though .
