"type 1178 for CB500/550"as quoted from the box

These are brand new ,the newspaper used to pack them is dated May 1976

The box has been opened but the paper is still wrapped around the pipes,mounting brackets are included..

I was going to use them ,but probably never will .......

will they fit any year, my cb500 is a 1972-73.
would you know if you would have to do fetting, when fitting these head pipes on???
