Dyna S adjusting time

I have a 1978 Honda CB750k with Dyna S Ignition.

Should my circuit tester light come on when marker lines up with the 'F' or when it is in-between the advance timing marks?

This is a 17 second video of me lining up with the F. Is this right?

yes correct the f mark is for static timing which is fully retarded for easy starting and a smooth idle
now you MUST check it with a timing stobe light engine running and at 3000rpms + if it falls between the other marks you are fine , if not, adjust it to make it so
and you really should check both pickups make sure all is spot on

Awesome, thanks xb33bsa. Do you know of a video or tutorial of some sort that would show me how to use a timing light on a motorcycle? I can't seem to find one out there.
