I've got my plates fabb'd up just have to cut and shape, going with 1/2" aluminum plate, I think the thickness will make them nice and solid. I really like the look and finish and adjustability. Should work out well. The shaft on the pegs is pretty long but I think I like that the shoulder is 1" before you hit threads so 1/2" plate, 1/2" spacer to offset them outboard and it seems like I'll be golden. May have to lop off some extra thread, poking too far inboard gets close to chain/swing arm. Dang this is fun.

I used 7mm steelplate cos welding onto frame yup the shaft is a little long ??? so gonna cut off about 15mm off thread I used a 20mm aluminium spacer just mocked up to check I reckon they look sound hope yours go ok mate

These are good parts for the money IMHO.

Took first ride today. Rear sets feel really good. No complaints. Kinda wish they had more threads on the attachment shaft but can add more threads if needed. Yep, pretty good. See link in previous post for pictures.
