Engine dle speed too slow. Why?

I think it's the right cylinder (when you're sitting on the bike) that is acting up.

The fuel line, filter and petcock are all clear.

I did clear all the passageways in the carbs with compressed air when I took them off the first time.

From what everyone has told me, I'm pretty sure it's either the carbs are out of sync or there is a leak or both. I'll have an update once my vacuum gauges arrive and I synchronize the carbs.

Thanks again for all the advice

Update: Synchronized the carbs today, they needed it. Still reving high and I found where the leaks are. Air is coming in from the space between where the boots attach to the engine head. So I either need new gaskets or new boots. Would a high temp silicon gasket maker like Permatex work? Or no and just buy new boots a gaskets?

Yeah, I was feeling it would more of a temporary fix until I can actually get real parts. Also found an exhaust leak today, yay! Hopefully the bike will be running well by the end of the day.

Are you sure the carbs and boots are seated all the way I know when I put the carbs on my 750 the center 2 boots were almost impossible to sit flush. On my 360 it's a lot easier but you do have to press rally hard to get them to seat all the way flush. Then make sure you have the hose clamps on firm

As for the exhaust leak the easiest fix is to make sure the bolts are tight on the exhaust. You should also remove and replace the brass or copper gasket rings for the exhaust. I can't remember the metal but you know what I mean. They get compressed a d if the exhaust was removed it might not be tight anymore.

An update: I found that the second cylinder wasn't firing consistently and ask a mechanic friend of mine what to do. He told me to clean the carbs again and to replace the spark plugs, boots and wires. So I took the carbs off Friday and completely disassembled them and let the pieces sit in carb cleaner for about 40 hours. I reassembled them last night and put them on the bike (they look brand freakin new!) and now both cylinders fire like they're supposed to. I checked timing and it's fine as well. One of the spark plug boots is still shit but I have replacements coming in tomorrow. Also, I handled the exhaust leak with some jb weld and that seems to be working fine. I sealed the the vacuum leak as well. Tomorrow, this bike should run like its brand new.
