Expirimental cb350 Teflon tensioner

I'm am currenty in the process of making a replacement for the top wheel on the CB350 cam chain tensioner. I have purchased the stock, and had to buy more than I need. I will be souceing a machinist to cut the wheels. I will be using the orignal bearing in the top wheel. (dont trash it!!!!!!!) I wish to know how many poeple are interested in buying one and how much would you pay$$ ( wanna cover material and the mahinist at least and stay well under the $74 oem rubber). Also I need someone (guinie pig :)) who is rebuilding a cb350 to do a trial run. I need someone that is at the point they can install it in their engine/install engine/and GO. I will need your stock top bracket so I can replace the top wheel. I will be using teflon which is what is used in the Boretech slider and don't expect any problems.

Any R/D help would be greatly appreciated along with any brainstorming as to any future problems.
 
I'm interested but I'd much prefer both rubber wheels replaced by teflons. It makes more sense to me than leaving one rubber wheel on if it's going to wear out faster than the teflon. I'd volunteer for this. Are you going to grind off the small wheel axle, replace the wheel and reweld it to the bracket?
 
I agree it does make more sense. Only reason I wasn't in a hurry to replace the bottom wheel was because I have 2 new ones. The axle is riveted in and i easy to remove. I will have pics very soon of the progress. I'll have to wait until the week after thanksgiving to source out a machine shop. I dont plan on welding the axle back in I can actually rivet it back in (the rivet allows oil into the bearing. I'm sourcing out the material to make a new axle for the bearing.

I will consider making a bottom wheel. The bottom wheel doesnt ride on a bearing and would have to slide on a ultra smooth surface. I would have to source out the material for the bottom wheel, since I'm not using flat teflon stork but ,actualy rod stock, I have to source out larger rod stock which would dramatically increase the price. I should have the teflon for the upper wheel this coming week.
 
Here are the part for the Tesioner. I will reuse the bracket, the bearing and bearing axle. I will replace the Retaining rivet. The Teflon has arrived will pick up tomorrow.
