Hi,
I was always around British bikes. My father was a dealer for them in the late fifties and early sixties and he raced them. It is all I ever really rode on the street, except for one year I had a semi-legal xr750.
In the early nineties I got a featherbed 650 Norton that a friend of my father's bought new and it has been my main bike on the road since.
I accumulated many other featherbed projects over the years, some of them I listed in the classifieds for sale.
I don't like the direction motorcycling has gone over the last twenty years, it has become less about the motorcycles themselves, and much more an object egos use to assert themselves, so I don't have much to do with it.
