Feeler: WTB Complete Cafe Racer

Hey guys, after realizing I've wasted half the riding season on a bike that I can't even fully strip down yet (been way too busy), I've decided to cut my losses and look to invest in a fully complete set-up. I'm basically looking for a ready-to-ride cafe racer for $2000 or less.

That said, I do have some parameters:

1. I have never liked to spend thousands of dollars on something without testing it first, so if you want to make a sale, keep in mind I live in Ottawa, Canada
2. I'm impartial to make or model, but prefer Honda's
3. I'm a new rider, so size is important.. anything over 500cc is too much on insurance
4. I'm looking for something 95-100% complete, saftied and ride-able. The only thing I'll consider doing is a tune-up or fresh tires.

A cafe racer is a very personalised bike, something that reflects the rider/builder. I dont know if you would ever be satisfied riding someone elses project. That being said, good luck finding one.

Just buy a 1500 bike and ride it for the season, you can get all cafed up this winter.
