Flywheel/Magneto Question on cb450

Hi Everyone, wondered if theres a difference between the flywheel and magneto. Is the whole assembly considered to do the job of both or can they be split into components? See picture below. Thanks!

The whole rotor serves as the flywheel, more or less.

The part you have labeled as the flywheel is the starter clutch. The part you have labeled as the magneto is the rotor.

Not all bikes have a magneto.
