Front fender British license plate (Pedestrian Slicer)?

Does anyone know if there is a company that makes a "pedestrian slicer". Carpy no longer makes these and his were really nice.

Please see picture below that shows the type of license plate I am describing.

Why not just make one? All you'd need is a 1/8" piece of aluminum, a jigsaw, and a steady hand.
Give it a try!!! Then you can put whatever wacky phrase/letters you want on there.
