Very cool Von-Z, maybe even better if the OP sent the stanchions N guts off to you along with a set of seals so you could ship back the lot ready to run.

If I had the time... I travel for work too much to get anything done on my own bikes, not to mention someone elses. Rebuilding forks is a skill I think the OP should probably learn anyhow.
