Gauge clamping ring, replacement/alternative

took the speedo apart on my honda cm to change the face and paint the case, now the ring is just knackered and it isnt going to be going back on ever..... any one have an alternative? or am I now speedo shopping?

Speedo shopping.. I have never seen replacements.. What is the outside measurement of yours? I may have a gauge laying around I could ship you.

ahhh i'll have to measure it when I get home. It would be nice to still keep a stock one, seeing as how I have 4 pairs of LEDs for it and the faces, hahaha
