Hiya all, was looking for some info on building a seat\tail unit and came acroos this site and figuring I'm building a cafe racer inspired ride I'd thought I'd join up.

Ducati SC1000 Wheels, discs and forks (alloy rims)
Will be keeping the clipons and attaching a single round headlight.

I know it's not the standard base for a cafe racer, but everyone seems to be turing the race reps into Streetfighters so I'd thought I'd do something different.

Just working on the right proportions for the tail.
Was really starting to move along until Friday just gone I had $2000 worth of tools stolen from my work ute.
I was at the local hardware getting some mdf to rough out a tail.
BTW I'm from Sydney Australia...maybe I should dropped that in earlier.

Call it cafe, vintage styled fighter, whatever. I would call it a blast to ride when it's done!

Doesn't matter where in the world you are, there are some dirty bastar*s out there.
One of our workshops is on a farm, and thieves stole the farmers quad bike in broad day light on thursday......
