If you are looking to do a stock seat, there are places where you can order the seat cover in any color you like. It's surprisingly easy to recover the seat.
I found an ebay sale where the lady will make your seat cover in any color listed (I went with saddle leather brown). I also opted to go without the stock quilted pattern on the top of the seat.

Nice seat man! great color. I am looking for something custom. It's nothing crazy though. You think she'd be up for it if I sent her a pic of what I wanted, etc? Also, what was her pricing like?
