I found this site yesterday while looking for parts for my 81 Suzuki GS 450. Sadly, I crashed it Weds night and for now at least it's a non-runner. The site brings back some really great and rather distant memories. I started out over 40 years ago on a Yamaha RD 350. I was seriously hard core about cafe bikes and nothing that wasn't totally necessary remained on the bike. Through the years I move on to a BSA 441 single, Kawasaki 500 triple, various Triumph twins, and a BMW R90 all set up as cafe bikes. The current Suzuki was a long considered choice as I needed something small enough for my aging frame to handle, quick and nimble, and even economical. Until last Weds it was my daily commuter for nearly a year. As I heal up and get time and money I'll put it back on the road, it's a great bike! Glad to have found you all, great forum!!
