Hønen & Ræven customs - Ayrton Senna customer build

Nice build!

I would't be surprised if the OP felt un welcome here, geese what a bunch of sour dudes that comment. So happy one of them ended up getting banned.

The issue could have been brought up like this:

'Wow, neat build guys. I would be a little concerned with the frame loop and the tyre clearance you might lack from the looks of the photos. Is this something you have thought about addressing? Just concerned for your safety is all.'

To which the builders legitimate reposnse was 'smaller tyre and stiffer springs'.

But no, some assholes had rip right into them and use belittling language.

Really, really don't understand why people have to be assholes just because they 'know it all' and sit behind a computer screen. 9 times outa 10, that same person would not say those things in that way to the persons face.

Anyway, I too would like to see a final update and perhaps a context shot of a happy customer riding his new bike??? ;D 8)

We too could say the same about people who moan and whine like pansies when they encounter some constructive criticism.

Whether you like it or not, this is a public forum. People can comment in anyway they damn well please as long as it is not a personal attack. There have been none of those in this thread, and not many I have seen personally on this entire forum to be honest.

However, you obviously disagree with your insinuation that more than one person from this thread who posted 'negative' comments should be banned. Lets just ban anyone who thinks about safety over looks, and see how this motorcycle culture quickly dies out. People need criticism. Put them on a pedestal and watch the shit hit the fan when a new 'shop' starts selling bikes which are dangerous and could seriously hurt someone. But hey, atleast it looked cool when parked.

If you can't handle criticism, or any form of comment other than shoving our nose up your ass, maybe you shouldn't engage with members of the public.

The guy never stopped posting - completed pics have been updated in the first post on page 1.

Just noticed this! Interesting way of keeping the thread going. Same same at the end of the day I guess!

Btw, the bike ended up looking amazing. Nice job. All the clearance issues look like they were resolved easily too ;D

I guess we have very different ideas of constructive criticism. Look at the photo, you call that constructive? I call that bullying. I am trying to remember the lecture back in School where the teacher explained that it is necessary to be an asshole when giving feedback. Oh yeah, never happened....

I know right, asking if the problem has been fixed is bullying. Jesus Christ.

Stiffer springs and smaller tyre height is NOT the correct way to fix that issue which was self created. I don't see how it is bullying to say that isn't the right way and you should do it right....
