no americanians do, thx giving is celebrated traditionaly in europe and canada at the end of harvest to celebrate another year of good crops harvest traditionaly happens mid october north america, amercian's celebrate the p[ilgrims not starving therefore it falls around the time of year that the natives saved the starving mayflower passengers.

Actually this year the chickens that we raise on our farm are dying of heat exhaustion! Its fricken HOT in southwestern ontario.
