HI everyone
was turned on to the site through a member on another forum.

currently have a long in the works 78 CB550K it's my third.
bought it in parts 7-8 years ago and its still that way!
was going to do a full restore but I'm not now
the frame, tank and side covers have be painted in black urethane
and I'm now working on polishing the triple tree and rebuilding seat...
so its slowly on the way back together

here is how I got the motor for the bike.
(only pic I have and will try to get some of the fresh parts)

Hit a bit of a snag on the engine side of the rebuild as one of the stop posts on the carbs is broke off.... so I have looked in to aluminum welding and think I can fix it.

Finally go a seat!
its off a CB650 and is I little short to the tank so I think a 750 tank would fill the gap, but I just going to run what I have for now.
