Help needed to get a CB450 running

Recently purchased a cb450 trying to get it to turn on. Please help

I think you should check for fuel flow from the tank's fuel valve to both your carbs and then clean both sets of ignition points up and check for spark at the plugs when you lay them down on the top of the cylinders & make contact(ground)w/the hex part of the plugs to the metal of the cyl. head while you're spinning the engine over.
What condition is your battery? check the specific gravity(w/ a hydrometer-battery tester)of each cell and let the battery charge until the battery tester tells you it's enough.
 
Get a manual, then read said manual.
Literally walks you though a tune up. Need to know that everything is set 100% OEM.
Cant get much from the web, these things need to happen in real life.

can you point me in a better direction for stock air filters i have all the parts for it
