Help... Right Handlebar switch for a 72 CB750

This part has been discontinued and mine is buggered... I can find a 1973-74 version of the same part. What changed in these years? Will this one work on my bike? I would think it's a simple swap being two switches and a starter button but I might be wrong.

It seems that my handlebar controls have the throttle cables incorporated in the part. I've contacted Honda and they don't make it anymore. I'm open to any suggestions or workarounds. Thanks.
