thats the worst oil rotor ive ever seen!
considering im doing this right now, here are some annoying mistakes and things ive noticed.
1) dont use any sealant on the main output oil seal, and make sure when you put it on, the spring doesnt pop out of its "groove" inside the seal, yes there is one inside it
2) make sure BOTH of your outer needle bearings line up with their respective dowel pin, there is one on each trans shaft on opposite sides, opposite of the side with the "half moon" circlips...it helps to take the clutch basket off too, as its weight pulls the other side of the trans shaft upward out of its dowel pin location and it could be loose when you tighten the cases
3) check your cam chain for messed up and tight links that are binding...these are slapping against your guide instead of the chain "falling" as it spins around...i would recommend getting a new one, the one from australia on ebay is nice quality or shorten a bore-tech chain 2 links
4) check your kickstart pinions and make sure the springs are both fully engaging and disengaging each other when they should. if you hear a clicking as you rotate the crank, its your kickstart pinion gear not fully disengaging the other gear, and youll end up with a bunch of metal flakes
5) since its all apart, do the 3 oil flow mods everyone has suggested (enlarge upper crankcase oil holes to 3/32, enlarge oil pressure plate thingy in the right crank cover, and drill out the middle cam journal and shaft for middle journal oiling)
you will need some jb weld if you puncture through into the oil baths. ask me how i know. i can get pics if you have any questions.
