Hi All,
I picked up a '72 CL450 last fall and am about 2 months along with my project. This is my first time doing a bike, but have done quads and sleds in the past. Like most, i have been lurking around the site for awhile and all the good info has saved me more than once already. THANKS! It is also my first time posting on a forum, so hopefully i will be able to get a build tread cooking here pretty soon. Here's a few pics....

Hey man, welcome to the site. Glad to see another from MN here. If you have any questions or need an extra hand sometime let me know, I don't currently own a twin, but a lot of buddies that live near me do. I'm up in Circle Pines (near Blaine) I love that gas tank too by the way!

Is that tank a CL77 talk? trying to place my finger on where I know it from... or is it the black bomber tank maybe?

I believe the tank is off a CD 175? I found it (complete with chome sides,good rubber, and emblems) for $100 in a mountain of old tanks at the local bike graveyard.

Hey Bruno, I am on the west side(Mound, Long Lake area) and once I get some parts back, I may take you up on your offer.

The one in Jordon is right, too bad we have so much damn snow otherwise i would probably goin once a week. I love that place!
