How's it going guys?
I just bought myself a cb350 and am planning/have started turning it cafe. Been lurking here for the past couple weeks, so I thought I'd become a member. Especially now that I need help...but that's better suited for the technical board.

Anyway, here are some photos of my bike the day I bought it.

hey there, sweet ride! should clean up nice. I'm out in ypsi but do most of my wrenching on my cl350 in Richmond, like 30 minutes south of you. I went to school for a couple years at sc4 and spent a good chunk of my youth in port huron with my friends riding our BMX bikes all over your city. i plan i making the ride out to port huron once i've finshed my project. you better get moving if you wanna ride this year!
 
Welcome to DTT. Did they caharge ya extra for the bird shit? Should clean up nicely though. Make sure to start a build thread and keep us posted man!

No way! I've got a buddy who lives in Richmond. Technically, I live in Kimball, so Richmond is about 15-20 minutes away from my house. Now to make this even more twisted, the friend I have who lives in Richmond...I know him because we ride BMX bikes together. I work at the local bicycle shop (Alpine Cycles) as a bicycle mechanic.
I think it's crazy you used to ride BMX! Did you ride for long?

i rode a bmx bike from as soon as i could ride a bike to my early 20's when i fractured my skull in a bunch of places i kind of got out of it, well i definitely didn't do anything dangerous after that. if you know someone in Richmond that rides or rode BMX chances are i know them.
 
Ouch. I've never cracked my head on anything hard enough to produce anything more than a goose-egg.

The guy I ride with from Richmond is Erik Siarkowski. That'd be crazy if you knew him.

Forums never cease to amaze me when it comes to running into people you somehow "know".

yeah i know eric, we would ride together all the time. we also went to high school together. it's a small world. i still seem to run into him all over the place too. my name just happens to be Erik as well. it was weird in a small town, two erik's both into BMX.
