Hey guys, just got a honda cb250 superdream today for £40 (roughly about $64) so not much money at all. Im hoping to use byrdman78 400 honda as inspiration http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=13104.0. here are a few pics which I took today.

Ok I had an old mud guard (fender) that I had in the garage from an old bike I used to own, I thought Id cut it and see how it looked on the back.

I then stuck the tank on to see what she looked like.

I quite like the look of it even now in that state.

Anyway, Im a novice at this bike building lark , so I will probably be asking some stupid questions over the coming months.
Any comments or help would be gratefully recieved.

Welcome to DTT! Cool little scoot there. Keep the updates coming, and ask away man. Plenty of smart and helpful folks around here.

Welcome! Ask away. Where in Scotland are you? I lived in Aberdeen and Edinburgh for a while. Loved it can't wait to get back.

Im in Kirkcaldy mate just across the water from Edinburgh.

I managed to get a set of cb400t side panels for her and they look cool when fitted. I have also started to make my own seat hump which Im still unsure if Im into it or not. I will start a new thread and keep you guys updated on the revamp.

Marrying a woman from Scotland

The first man married a woman from England. Told her that she was to do the dishes and house cleaning.
It took a couple of days, but on the third day, he came home to see a clean house and dishes washed and put away.

The second man married a woman from Wales. He gave his wife orders that she was to do all the cleaning, dishes and the cooking.
The first day he didn't see any results, but the next day he saw it was better. By the third day, he saw his house was clean, the dishes were done and there was a huge dinner on the table.

The third man married a girl from Scotland, He ordered her to keep the house cleaned, dishes washed, lawn mowed, laundry washed, and hot meals on the table for every meal.
He said the first day he didn't see anything, the second day he didn't see anything but by the third day, some of the swelling had gone down and he could see a little out of his left eye, and his arm was healed enough that he could fix himself a sandwich and load the dishwasher. He still has some difficulty when he pees.

No not a member of Scottish rockers dude.

Cheers Seth
