identifying engine issue

I bought my bike 75 cb360t knowing the engine was seized but other then that i was in the dark. Finally got around to tearing it down and i seen what to me would be potential issues of why the engine was considered "seized". Not knowing to much about engine internals i only have guesses at this point. I was hoping with the attached pictures you guys could help me identify any internal issues and where i need to go from here with the engine rebuild. Thanks for any information you guys can help me with.

the cylinders can be bored, i would defiantly split the cases, if the tops that bad there are some problems with oil flow probably needs some bottom end TLC.

at least check it out to be sure.

as far as the rocker cover your probably going to need a new one and maybe a head if its anywhere as bad as the rocker cover. you could have them machined but you could possibly get a used one for cheaper.

oh and that cam is likely what seized the engine

That motor rusted seized.
Needs a bore and rocker arm.
Either find stock oversize pistons (0.50, not sure if 0.25 would clean up?) or look for big bore 69mm (Suzuki GS850 pistons)
More than likely it's just faulty hardening on rocker arm (not deep enough)
What's the cam looking like?
If cam had seized the top bearings would also show severe marking, that groove is to ge oil into center bearing
Don't bother to split cases unless you really want to see whats inside there.
