Installing billet triple to cb750

L I V I N the dream.
Got billet triple for 78k cb750 from DCC.

Am I missing something with this not setting as low as it should? Am I supposed to lower the front end so that the forks rise up in?

Thanks!

Slide the forks up into the triple. the stock upper had a step down to the forks and the billet ones don't. no big deal

Looks to be in and around 1 inch. If the rear shocks are left alone, it would slightly steepen the steering angle making the bike a little more agile. Lots of people drop the front end by this much or more.

Yea I'm planning on dropping mine a little and getting this triple tree. Looks like it might drop it enough so I don't have to have the forks sticking out the top. Sweet.
