Is it possible? "Kawasaki Z750 LTD engine on Kawasaki Z750"

Hi guys. Does anyone of you know if it's possible to install a Kawasaki Z750 LTD 1983 engine on a Kawasaki Z750? If yes, can I pick up any Z750 or should it be from the same year? What about the Z650? Do you know someone who did it?

Yes the engine cases are the same across the kz650 kz750 line. the engine should fit as long as you are not talking about the z750 twin. If you go over to kz650.info there are a couple people who have done it.
 
No it's not a twin engine so I suppose it will fit in a z650/z750 engine cases. I will have a look on kz650.info as well. Thank you for your help :)
