Is this timing or carburation?

I have just finally got this bike back together and started for the first time yesterday. When I started it yesterday the right cylinder seemed to be starving for fuel and today it sounds like the left cylinder is. Please help me out.

both carburaters have been throughly clean at the beginning of this week. All jets and ports are clear and flowing. The points seem to be installed and set correctly but I don't know for sure. I'm just not sure where to start and I'm hoping by watching and listening to the video someone will have had this issue themselves.

Please ask any questions. I'm so ready to ride please help.

Thank you all
Josh

Have you changed the spark plugs?

Did you clean the points?

Did you dip the carb body's in carb dip?

Are the coils good?

Just throwing out ideas...

A wise man once said
"90% of all carb problems are electrical"
If you've been meticulous on your carb rebuild I'd be checking the ignition system, componants, connections, grounds before disassembling the carbs again. How's the battery state of charge?
