Jetting 1980 KZ440B1

Hello all! I would like to if anyone here has any helpful information for rejetting my Cafe KZ440. Right now it has a pretty close to stock muffler, and the unipod filters. Everything else is stock on the bike. I haven't started to jet it quite yet, but would like to be a little more knowledgeable when I take the dive. Any and all info will be helpful! Thanks a bunch!

what muffler does it have exactly?

Its actually a stock muffler from a suzuki 800. That bike had a 4 into 2 exhaust so I figured that the muffler would give it a little bit more flow, but still have decent back pressure since its technically for a 400.
